How do you make a Computer Monitor a TV?

Perhaps you can help me. I have an excellent Sony flat screen monitor which I no longer need to use on the computer. I wondered if it was possible to use it as a conventional digital TV. I realise that I can't just add a Freeview DVB box since those normally output to SCART or RGB and my monitor accepts DVI or VGA.

I have had a Google about and can't find an easy answer. Is there one? Any hints appreciated.

Having had a look on a TV discussion forum it would appear a "VGA LCD TV BOX" will allow you to watch TV on a PC CRT & TFT Monitor. Amazon seem to have a few to choose from. Hope that helps.

im not to shore but try using the same rule, geting a tv to be a moniter, you need a tv card (depending on what tv you have), so get a converter, moniter in one end, and DVB box in the other. makes sense? i tend to go of track. :)
hopes this helps...
