Informative Messages in Software

It is always important to let a user know what is going on during an installation. I particually appreciated this informative message whilst installing my VPN client on Windows 7.

Excellent user feedback there. I shall share this with my developers as an example of really going the extra mile.

Yes, you should.

I'm slightly confused why you would connect a funny in current (2010) product from AT&T with a Notes hate site that in it's opening paragraph states that is about Notes 4.6 and hasn't been updates since 1999.

That would be 11 years ago.

So about the time of Windows CE 1.0 and Windows 95.

If you want to know about the current Lotus Notes have a look here: http://www-01.ibm.com/software/lotus/notesanddomino/

I'm suspicious that my inbox will be flooded with spam and the receivers of my text messages will be spammed, too. I may live to regret disclosing my friends' numbers.
